Growing up on the island of Skopelos, Greece, Gus worked in his family's restaurant where he learned how to cook from his mother & father. He took the knowledge he gained from his family, moved to the United States for college, & has since owned & operated highly acclaimed & successful restaurants in Louisiana, Alabama, & Mississippi.
